Application Info
The ACTA Grant application will require the following information:
- Organization / Institution Name
- Address
- Contact Person
- Phone
- Fax
- A complete description of your project (not to exceed 8 pages)
- A detailed budget of the proposed project
- A dated signature of the person submitting the application
ACTA Grant recipients are required to submit a financial report and a progress report of the project one year from the date the grant is awarded.
