The ACTA Foundation is dedicated to the promotion of creative efforts in adult catechesis. We support efforts to discover fresh approaches to adult catechesis, which integrate Christian doctrine with formation in Christian living.
The ACTA Foundation was founded in 1957 by five priests of the Archdiocese of Chicago.Today it continues to keep alive the spirit and vision of its founders by promoting catechetical initiatives and awarding grants for new creative efforts in adult catechesis.
